Are your flowers natural?

Yes. All of our flowers are 100% natural, fresh-cut blooms grown by experienced Colombian farms. We do not sell artificial, preserved, or dyed flowers unless specifically noted. Each stem is harvested, processed, and prepared for shipment to ensure the highest level of freshness, quality, and beauty upon arrival.

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the affected product, packaging, and shipping labels so our team can evaluate the claim. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, refunds and replacements are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved claims may qualify for a credit, replacement product, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Nationwide shipping arrangements are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis based on order size, destination, and logistics requirements, however these extra costs must be assumed by the customer.

We recommend opening your shipment immediately upon arrival, inspecting the contents, trimming stems as needed, and placing flowers in clean water with floral food according to industry best practices.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled prior to final confirmation and shipment. Once flowers have been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
